“Prayer of the Sick” (Make Me a Miracle)

For those who are facing a serious health challenge we offer this song as a prayer that you can use. It was written as Annie was facing kidney surgery earlier this year. I heard her encouraging herself with it often and we trust it will do the same for you.

“Prayer of the Sick” (Make Me a Miracle)

Make me a miracle
Let others see how wonderful You are
How wonderful You are
May it be that You alone
Get the glory O blessed One
This is the prayer of my heart

Lord I come to You body broken
Trusting You and hoping
For Your touch I need so much
You are able

If it be Your will that I bear this pain
Father still I will proclaim
How wonderful, how wonderful You are
But if You have work yet for me to do
On this earth I lean on You
To hear the prayer of my heart

Lord I come to You body broken
Trusting You and hoping
For Your touch I need so much
You are able

Make me a miracle
Let others see how wonderful You are
How wonderful You are
May it be that You alone
Get the glory oh blessed One
This is the prayer of my heart

I want to thank you for your testimony. I saw you at a church in Maryland where you were sharing probably more than 25 years ago. Your ministry blessed me. I will pray for you both in light of this upcoming surgery.

Thank you Steve and Annie for allowing the Lord to use you in such a powerful way. I saw you at Thomas Road Baptist Church in Lynchburg, VA over 25 years ago. Your music, testimony and encouragement about fasting has been more of an encouragement to me over the years than you might ever imagine. I will pray for you both in light of your upcoming surgery.

So thankful that Annie’s surgery went well and that her recovery is progressing nicely. Annie, I’m sure you’re singing as you’re mowing the lawn on the zero turn. May God richly bless you as you honor Him with your trust.

What s beautiful song … And grateful to Him for your recovery !
My husband and I have been to a few of your marriage retreats and concerts in PA, and my husband even drove from Maryland where we live to TN where my son was stationed (Ft. Campbell), picked him and a couple of buddies up to go to a wild game dinner 🙂
I miss going…and need to dig up my cassettes I have somewhere !
    Blessings to you both.
